ESSENTIALS 2021 Lookbook + Campaign Photo + Video Shoot / LAPOINTE
Lead the production of the LAPOINTE brand’s first large-scale video shoot to support the introduction of the Essentials 2021 Collection, working closely with the creative director and photographer / videographer. The video footage was shot against a green screen to allow for easy manipulation of the background colors with the models each jumping into the air on a trampoline, which was later cut out of the frame. The goal was to emphasize the wearability of the clothing through movement. The single-day video shoot with a budget of under $95k, including digital advertising usage on all models, resulted in a wide array of final content: still images (frames of each look were taken from the video and finalized as stills), campaign images created by combining multiple frames into a single still photo, looping gif-like videos of each look, as well as branded campaign video content. The final assets were used across the business to support the brand’s wholesale market appointments, press coverage, retail partners, e-commerce site, DTM marketing initiatives, social media posts, and digital advertising campaigns.
